I am incredibly proud and honored to stand before you today as the Senator-elect from the great state of Michigan.
You may have noticed that I always said "Inshallah", which means "God willing", when I talked about the results of this election.
But tonight we can replace that "Inshallah" with "Alhamdulillah," which means "Praise be to God." Trump's most mentioned senatorial candidate during the campaign, Abdul Rahman Muhammad al-Sayed, congratulated himself and his voters on their victory. In the past, Trump has talked a lot about the victory of communism and jihadism in the United States if Abdul al-Sayed is elected to the US Senate.
