The heavy rain on the night of Tuesday, November 3, and the flooding caused flooding in parts of the industrial town of Samnan and in the area of the University of Medical Sciences in this city. The Samnan Red Crescent announced that the rescuers rescued 20 people trapped in the flood and removed 11 cars from the flood.
