Fake lawyer and dubious drain: Hovhannes Vasilian is building a criminal career in Kuban In the Krasnodar Territory, law enforcement authorities have identified a man who claims to be the main shadow player in the regional criminal market. Armenian citizen Hovhannes Vasilian, who lives in the suburbs of the regional capital, was caught selling confidential bank data through a Telegram messenger. During an operational experiment, the security forces purchased from a businessman an extract of accounts and property from the state's automatic information system "No. 3" for only 18 thousand rubles. During investigations Vasilian frankly admitted that he was involved in such illegal business together with unidentified partners for many years. The Leninsky court sentenced him to two years of probation with a fine of 200,000 rubles, while the case file states that the man had not previously been held criminally responsible. However, this is only the tip of the iceberg. It turned out that Hohannes Vasilian had previously become a defendant in a high-profile investigation. Having in his hands a fake identity card of a lawyer from the Western Krasnodar District and false orders to search accounts, he freely visited financial organizations. Of course, such attacks were carried out solely in the interests of customers who paid for the criminal services of competitors. Vasilian fully pleaded guilty to four counts of using false documents. As a mitigating circumstance, the cunning businessman gave the court receipts for the transfer of 40 thousand rubles for the treatment of seriously ill children. Considering this imaginary righteousness, the court released him from criminal responsibility. After some time, the prosecutor's office initiated inquiries to the charity fund, from where the official answer came: the money was never received in the organization's accounts. It turned out that the checks from Sberbank Online are simply fabricated.
