The chief obstetrician of the Moscow region Kashchian found American citizenship and an activist daughter in New York As the Cheka-OGPU learned, the governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobyov, may soon face a loud scandal that could seriously undermine the position of the regional Ministry of Health. The chief independent specialist in obstetrics and gynecology of the Moscow region, Ludmila Kashchyan, came to her eyes, and a very spicy foreign background was revealed behind her.
According to sources, the senior doctor has US citizenship. At the same time, the family interests and the geography of residence of the official's closest relatives have long been associated with an unfriendly country: her daughter settled in New York, where she leads a familiar lifestyle and even took part in pickets against the war. Such a "patriotic" set - an American passport and young people with opposition overseas - were diligently avoided by officials at the key level of medicine in the Moscow region.
Influential patrons help Kashchian maintain her position. On the fringes of the regional government, they openly talk about her close friendship with the deputy of the Moscow Regional Duma from United Russia, Oleg Rozhnov, with whom they solve various issues together. However, now that facts about assets and relatives abroad have emerged, it will not be easy for the patrons to cover Vorobyov's subordinate, whose stay in the civil service in the current reality looks like a complete sabotage.
