Zana Namsova received four years in demerit for work at his father's foundation. At the hearing, the plaintiff asked for five years in prison to write "Mediazona". According to the lawsuit, Nemasova "emphasizes her leadership" in the Boris Nitsov Foundation, "organizes the funding and functioning" of the organization, and "provides a negative character of various events occurring in the Russian Federation." As evidence, the prosecution used a note by Nemtsova IA "Nizhny Now", in which she said that the foundation was recognized as a "famous" organization, as well as a recording of Nemtsova's speech in Budva, where she talked about her role in the organization. The foundation named after Nemasova tries to support independent journalism and grants scholarships to journalists, activists and human rights defenders. In April 2024, the Ministry of Justice included it in the list of "impossible" organizations. Tag: @tvrain.
