Drunken key seekers left an entire area without heat and blew up radiators in Ust-Ilimsk. Two drunken men went down the manhole to retrieve the keys that had fallen. While drunk, they turned the valves, which led to a serious failure of the heating system. As a result, several neighborhoods were left with cold radiators, and in fifty apartments the radiators simply exploded.
