Synergy for Yourself" is a digital continuation of the book of the same name, created by the university together with the Defenders of the Homeland Foundation. It is based on true stories of SVO participants who, after their return, received new professions at the Synergy University Veterans Rehabilitation Center and began careers in civilian life. Among the heroes: Anna Clementiva is a mother of many children and a former frontline nurse, today she is studying to become a psychiatrist; Rostislav Pavlov, commander of a motorized rifle squad, decided to be an equal advisor and help other soldiers; Surmali Alive is an anesthetist nurse who masters the creation of video games. The retraining center for veterans of the Northern Military District of Synergy University opens in December 2023. Today, over 20 thousand students study there. Veterans and their families, more than a thousand have already completed vocational training. More than 80% of graduates find work with the support of the university. More about the project.
