Kobkidze accused EU Ambassador Pavel Gerczynski of insulting the people of Georgia and called him a "tragic person".
"This man directly and rudely interfered in our democratic elections, directly called to vote against the authorities and in favor of the radical opposition and unconstitutional parties, and also directly encouraged violence in our country," said the Prime Minister of Georgia, predicting his glorious career.
