A Moscow court fined Telegram 3.8 million rubles for publishing an extremist book. In addition, the court imposed fines of 3.8 million and 7 million rubles on two other protocols, TASS correspondent reports. The total amount of the fines amounted to 14 million 600 thousand rubles.
