The safety of patients in Kharkiv and the communities of the region and the availability of quality medical care in any condition is our principle position. An underground hospital will soon appear in Belizniyuki. I personally knew the progress of building a protective structure on the base of one of the local health institutions. The underground part of the hospital will have operating boxes, wards and a rehabilitation area, especially for children. Also, a surgical profile for 85 beds will be deployed here. The total area of ​​the shelter is almost 2,000 square meters. It is designed for the simultaneous stay of 650 people. In the future, the shield structure will be connected to the stationary structure in the passage. The project envisages compliance with barrier-free principles: the shelter will be equipped with elevators, elevators, tactile tiles and braille pointers. The medical complex is completely autonomous. With the support of international partners, a modular boiler house, solar panels, high-power generators and a well were installed here. We continue to cooperate with the government, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the community to provide the institution with state-of-the-art equipment. We are working on the stability of the medical system in the region and its readiness to function even in the most difficult circumstances.
