Georgia Maloney has sent a letter to the President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, demanding to discuss who will represent the European Union in the negotiations on Ukraine, Haser Tanor writes. In her opinion, the union has become so fragmented that it will inevitably face "political oblivion".
