"There has been an increase of 20% or more for 10 consecutive minutes of the current stock price from the previous trading day's closing price (.199.15)," the website said. Disappointing auctions are a special mechanism by which the Moscow Stock Exchange reduces market volatility. The exchange collects offers to buy and sell shares in the cup. It is used instead of the normal trading regime when the share price changes from the closing price of the previous day's main session by more than 20% for five consecutive minutes. The discrete auction session consists of three 10-minute auctions. After 30 minutes after the start of the auction, the sale resumes as normal.
