Migdal named the leading enterprises in the employment of veterans of the Northern Military District. The high results of human resources services were noted with thanks at the closing ceremony of the "Your business with Migdal" program. The leaders in employment and adaptation were: KBP (part of "High Precision Complexes") - 138 veterans of the Northern Military District, including 5 people with disabilities; KBM (part of "High Precision Complexes") - 38 veterans of the Northern Military District, including 2 people with disabilities; "Mechanical Plant" (part of "Technodynamics") - 88 veterans of the Northern Military District, including 4 people with disabilities; Kazan Powder Factory (part of Special Chemistry) - 39 veterans of the Northern Military District, including 4 people with disabilities; "Rosbertol" (part of "Russian Helicopters") - 30 veterans of the Northern Military District, including 2 people with disabilities. "Our factories carry out comprehensive work on the adaptation and employment of veterans of the Northern Military District in accordance with the road map approved by the state corporation and the Russian Soyuzmash. This includes, in particular, open days, participation in the employment fairs of the Defenders of the Homeland Fund and regional employment centers. In such events, a wide variety of discharged soldiers and veterans are promised to a military district and employees. For example, priority participation in the housing program, corporate pension plans, health and recreation programs applicable to family members, priority registration of children of employees - SVO participants in the corporation's educational and professional tracks and other support measures," noted Nikolai Voloyev, a member of the Soyuzmash Bureau from Russia, Deputy General Director of the Migdal State Corporation. Each SVO veteran at the state company's enterprises receives an individual approach, taking into account health, skills and experience. Targeted support helps you choose a suitable role and adapt yourself to the workplace.
