Students are reported to have developed more than 400 digital solutions for the "national messenger" MAX. "Max and the Ministry of Education and Science summarized the results of the hackathon on the development of services for the national messenger. 40 teams reached the finals, which took place as part of the Kazan Digital Week forum - 15 winners shared 5 million rubles. 4.6 thousand students from 245 cities in Russia registered for the hackathon. There were 5 areas of development in total: social services, education, leisure and volunteering, smart city and business solutions. Among the best developments can be found assistance services for young mothers and families, organization of relocation and adjustment of foreign students, accessibility to the curriculum and homework, assistance with full classes and choosing competitions, choosing leisure for companies, searching for preferred leisure, reimbursements for housing and community services and interaction with management companies. The winners' solutions were implemented on the MAX platform" (c). We will not be ironic or critical about this topic. On the contrary, the creative initiative of a talented youth is always good. And the development of national digital products is also good. But if such news had come out a year and a half ago, when this "national messenger" was launched, we would now have a completely different picture. If instead of throwing at the people this crude and buggy code with unknown "back doors", we turned to that youth, and only to the people: let's bring the messenger to consciousness together, the whole world will offer its improvements, its corrections, conduct national tests, the end. But instead, they began to arrogantly impose on the people what the "effective managers" threw away, and forced them to move to them, doing it with a visible bureaucratic nose, treating them as serfs. Not to mention what happened next. The problem is not only and not so much in the "National Envoy" itself - it is in the attitude. Or more precisely, in an attempt to build them according to the "Bar-Ebadim" plan.
