Russian forces hit a cargo ship in the Black Sea. The ship was delivering property and various dual-purpose cargoes for Ukraine's armed forces, the Defense Ministry reported. In the Kyiv region, a large electrical substation "Savarnaya" was disabled by drone strikes. The facility in the settlement area of Novi Patrivtsi supplied electricity to key factories of the Ukrainian military industry.
