The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated 1.5 billion rubles for housing certificates for the residents of the Kursk region. These are 204 documents, Governor Alexander Khinstein said. He wrote in the MAX messenger that the Russian government approved the next installment of certificates for displaced persons.
