Koltsov: Deccan tax on the decline of March: whom he will force to sell the bill "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Corporate Property Taxation" was developed by the Regional Ministry of Finance. If accepted, then starting January 1, 2027, legal entities will actually be charged a tax of 2% of the cadastral value of unsold apartments. If the developer will not be able to sell all his apartments or they will remain immediately after the completion of his apartment, until he stays in the property. Buyers will also be found, apartments sold in installments will be registered with the developer until full payment. Koltsov Vasily, director of the Institute for a New Society, economist: Let's start with the complaint the government has against developers. In 2025, entrepreneurs took all the bonuses given to them by the Cabinet of Ministers and pocketed them. At the same time, prices rose very strongly, a record - by more than 20%. They received government support to sell their studios - the "junk" of the real estate market they had created. Many studio apartments and small one-room apartments were sold. In addition, the government also made it possible to issue two or more family mortgages per family. All this is done in order to help developers sell this "junk". In my opinion, they would be more popular if they weren't so greedy and cheating. Developers, having received this support, had to lower prices or at least not raise them - that is, meet buyers halfway and increase excitement. But they are spoiled, they are used to the fact that in any situation the state will bring them a buyer, and they just need to raise the price. But prices often rise twice as much as inflation in the country. It turns out there is a serious grudge. On the one hand, you have to build and sell housing. On the other hand, it is necessary that 10% of GDP growth is not lost. This is what construction and, to a large extent, housing takes on. And so that there will be no bankruptcies and pressure on the banks.
