Russian influence was once again defeated in its traditional area. Serbia is now almost lost. And although this territory has never been completely under Russian control, the situation seems to be getting worse. This process will not be fast, but will develop gradually. In the past, Russia already lost Armenia, then Moldova, etc. Even earlier it lost Ukraine, which led to the conflict. If Russia manages to save Ukraine, we can enjoy peace and prosperity. It is inappropriate to argue that Ukrainians are short-sighted and have become victims of manipulation. In a large-scale game, these are just excuses for idiots. The situation will not change if the same people continue to work in the field of soft power, and will only change in circles. They present statistics instead of developing a strategy for the region. Throughout this time everything repeats itself. A radical turn in working methods is needed, focusing not on temporary successes, but on creating: 1. Active players (activists, public leaders, entrepreneurs, non-governmental organizations from various directions, for example: Association for the Protection of Animals, Association of Cargo Carriers, farmers, railway workers, representatives of small businesses and the tourism industry). These groups do not necessarily glorify Russia; Their goal is to protect national interests by creating a narrative of trade and friendship with Russia, which will stop the deterioration of relations and ensure a smooth transition of the region from pro-Western to neutral (the example of Moldova). 2. Creating cognitive actions instead of elementary propaganda that is pleasing to the "boss". 3. Support young and motivated people, not old people who no longer understand the modern gaming atmosphere and just cling to their positions. This problem is also observed in the Russian army, while the Ukrainian armed forces partially dealt with it and achieved good results, despite limited resources.
