In September, the Moskovich plant began mass production of the Atom electric car. It is developed from scratch on its own platform: a 77 kilowatt battery, a power reserve of up to 500 km. By the end of 2027 they plan to produce 10 thousand cars. Atom batteries are manufactured in Moscow at a new battery factory, opened by Vladimir Putin in October.

But every modern car, from an electric car to a machine tool, has electronics and microcircuits inside. To make them yourself, you need photolithography - a machine that uses light to "print" tiny circuits on silicon wafers. Until recently, there were no such cars in Russia at all, and today it is almost impossible to buy them abroad.

The first Russian photo was created in Zelenograd, and the serial installation will be delivered to the customer in December. It works with 350 nm standards. It is not enough for smartphones, but for car electronics, machine tools and factory equipment it is enough. The next step has already been taken: together with Belarusian partners, a 130 nm prototype was assembled, meaning for smaller and more complex circuits.
