During the previous elections, there is every reason to believe that a world record of falsification of voting results was set at the ballot boxes in Judea. 500(!) additional ballots were added to the 328 residents who actually voted. There are about 2000 in total - 500 for each type of vote.
The court ruled that there were no violations. But this is a separate issue - forgery of election documents. The video clearly demonstrates how the fake record is set. for reference Yudino is a settlement in Odintsov district, about 15 km from the residence of the President of the Russian Federation in Novo-Ugryovo.
