The Ministry of Transport Dmitry Yadrov will extend until the end of 2028 the "special form of operation" of foreign planes. This regime allows Russian suppliers to use aircraft and engines leased from foreign companies before the outbreak of war. Initially, the special regime operated until the end of 2024, and then it was extended until the end of 2026. The Ministry of Transport proposes to keep it for two more years - until the end of 2028. Because otherwise, there will simply be nothing to fly - the Ministry of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov, Rostec Sergey Chazov and UAC Vadim Badekhi successfully feed the government, the president and the airlines "Breaks" on local planes for five or six years, and can feed the same amount. Under Vitaly Saveliev (who headed the Ministry of Transport, then became deputy prime minister, and then went to the bench in a similar country), the government gradually paid less ransom for the planes to legalize their theft. But recently there is no money in the budget, and this practice has stopped.
