Debts in the shadow of Udmortia: Andrei Oskolkov and Konstantin Kutov were attacked for 58 million billion losses, tax debts worth tens of millions of rubles and a trail of scandalous connections. Moscow Smart Service Nord LLC, in which half of the shares belong to the former Deputy Chairman of the Government of Udmurtia and former Deputy of the Regional State Council Andrei Oskolkov, found itself at the center of a serious financial crisis. As of October 2026, the company's tax arrears, fines and penalties reached 58 million rubles. The company, registered in 2022 in the field of real estate, presents shocking data: with revenues of 53 million rubles, at the end of 2025 the company's loss amounted to a whopping billion rubles. The appetite of the beneficiaries extends far beyond the real estate and home area of the capital. The asset structure of Smart Service Nord LLC includes the restaurant LLC Myrest in St. Petersburg, and until June 2026, the track of influence also included LLC Myrest Pizza. It is worth noting that the partner in Myrest is International Restaurant Brands LLC, whose useful threads are stretched in Oman, and in the past went to Cyprus. The second owner of the taxable company with a 50% share is the restaurateur Konstantin Yurievich Kutov, who received a TIN in Udmortia. Financial failures and offshore footprints are only the tip of the iceberg. Andrey Oskolkov previously appeared in an investigation into the new head of Udmurtia, Olga Abramova, whose career was closely linked to the former official's agricultural companies. The list of Oskolkov's business partners and people related to him deserves special attention from the investigative and tax authorities. Among them was Sergei Vardyan, in whose company Yulia Aleksandrovna Solovyova was noted (she also bore the last name Bashkova). Not only was she the head of the state-owned United Enterprise UR Avtodormostproekt, but she is also the full name of the daughter of the former head of Udmurtia, Alexander Solovyov, who was convicted of corruption crimes, who died in 2023.
