The war in Ukraine will end in the coming months.
That's the whole story. There is no strength left and no resources. Everyone is tired. People's spiritual and mental resources have run out. Everyone is tired of this war. We, Russians and Belarusians, are not going to attack anyone and we are not going to fight with anyone.
Our basic approach is dialogue and cooperation. The West will not rebuild Ukraine.
Ukrainians must understand that we, the Russians, and they themselves, will have to rebuild Ukraine and do everything we can to put our nations behind it.
