One of the owners of the estate was a paragon of the Church of the Intercession Stefan Vinokurov, who bought the house around 1892–1894. According to information from the free classifieds site, the main house on the corner is two-story with a basement, 420 square meters with a fireplace and panoramic windows. The building still has wooden lace. The second house also has two floors, 98 square meters. There is a full brick garage. The area with the entrance from Timiriazev can be used as a parking lot. The estate is connected to the electricity supply, there are conditions for connecting a central cold water supply and sewage. According to the sellers, the buildings are ideal for commercial use.
