Residents of the Republic of Komi and the Arkhangelsk region of Russia witnessed the "space jellyfish" last night.
The Russian Aerospace Forces successfully launched the "Soyuz-2.1b" rocket from the Plastsk Cosmodrome.
It will transfer a spacecraft into orbit for the benefit of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
