Comprehensive testing The structures and elements of the train and HSR infrastructure are subjected to 39 different types of testing. This was announced at the "Fast Line" themed session of the 3rd International Scientific and Practical Conference "Science 1520 VNIIZHT: Look Beyond the Horizon. "We are the hub, or parent organization, which provides coordination and most of the tests for the future train and the high-speed line in general. said Roman Murzin, Deputy General Director of VNIIZhT JSC. ▫ The general developer of the train is the Railway Transportation Engineering Center (ERTC). A large number of local companies present their solutions for its creation. More than 50 research and development contracts were signed with them for the development of systems and components. ▫ The work is in its final stage. In July, all planning documentation was approved. Of the 91 planned prototypes of components and systems, 87 were manufactured, and acceptance tests were completed on 48. The first two trains are assembled at the Orel locomotive factory. The current main task is to master the technology of design and production of high-speed trains. Says Alexander Kiritsev, General Director of JSC "ITsZhT". ▫ All the systems of the electric train that are still under construction are subject to testing - from the brake system and the traction equipment to the boards and railings. It is expected that in 2027 the first train will arrive at the VNIIZhT test ring in Shcherbinka. Here it will go through several test stages with a gradual increase in speed to 120 km/h. Performance tests at speeds of up to 250 km/h will take place on Gorkovskaya and Oktyabrskaya roads, including the Sablino-Tusno test site, where the high-speed railway structure is located. Tests at maximum speeds (up to 400 km/h) will begin in the Zelenograd section. Taber is 129 km long.
