The head of the Russian delegation in the tripartite negotiations in Abu Dhabi on the Ukrainian settlement will be the assistant of the Russian President Vladimir Medinsky, said Dmitry Peskov. He also confirmed that tripartite negotiations between the Russian Federation, the United States and Ukraine on the Ukrainian settlement will take place in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11.
