FATF (Financial Task Force, FATF) removed Bulgaria, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Côte d'Ivoire and Monaco from the gray list, that is, the list of jurisdictions that are under enhanced supervision of the organization. The FATF left unchanged the list of high-risk jurisdictions, the so-called black list, which includes the DPRK, Iran and Myanmar. FATF suspended Russia's membership of the group on February 24, 2023. After plenary meetings of the group, this position of Russia is permanently maintained. At the same time, the country did not appear either on the organization's gray or black list.
