The secretary of Iran's Security Council said he spoke with Putin about supplying Russian gas to the republic.
The Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Mohsen Razai, said that one of the topics in the negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin was the construction of gas pipelines to Iran from Russia and the supply of Russian gas. "In the meeting with Putin, they discussed the construction of gas pipelines from Russia to Iran so that Iran can both get rid of the gas shortage and sell Russian gas to neighboring countries," the Tasnim agency quotes Razai.
