According to the court's decision, the enforcement actions that have begun are suspended until a decision is made on the appeal or until a new announcement, Helsingin Snomat writes.
At the same time, restrictive measures introduced in the past regarding the state assets of the Russian Federation in the amount of approximately 44 million euros remain in force.
