US President Donald Trump announced that the US military carried out an attack on the Iranian island of Kashm in the Strait of Hormuz, as a result of which an anti-aircraft gun was destroyed. According to Axios, the attack was a response to a missile being fired at a US Air Force fighter jet. Earlier media in Iran reported that two missiles fell on the island and that an American drone was intercepted.
