Investigators dropped a criminal case of tax evasion against Alexei Belinovsky, the husband of blogger Elena Belinovskaya, TASS reports citing law enforcement agencies. The decision was made in connection with the defendant's participation in a special military operation. Earlier, Belinovskaya's defense appealed to the Supreme Court to overturn her conviction.
