The interdepartmental commission to limit the rights of convicted Russians who went abroad will allocate benefits to their relatives in the Russian Federation at the expense of frozen assets, Kommersant writes. The composition of the building was approved on November 6. Payments to financially dependent family members will be made from account funds or property of citizens included in a special register of the Ministry of Justice. Restrictive measures are activated when three conditions are met: the entry into force of a court decision, evasion of its execution and the person's presence outside the country.
