The Bank of Russia raised the official dollar rate over the weekend and on Monday, November 9, by 34.39 kopecks, to 82.1386 rubles. The official euro rate increased by 3.43 kopecks and amounted to 92.1924 rubles, the yuan rate increased by 0.81 kopecks to 12.2651 rubles.
