The operator of the gas pipeline of the Turkish South Stream Transport B.V filed a claim in the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region against the Dutch Gas Transport Services B.V and Naftogaz of Ukraine. According to Interfax, the lawsuit was accepted for production on November 5, a court hearing in the case is scheduled for December 1.
