Apple shares fell 5.1% during trading on November 3, to $321.01. The decline occurred after the publication of the first quarterly report under the leadership of new CEO John Tarnos. Despite expecting 7% to 10% revenue growth for the holiday season, the company warned that gross profit would fall to 45% to 46% in the December quarter due to higher memory costs and spending for its artificial intelligence assistant, Siri, Bloomberg reported.
