During the two years of the ERA program, which finances Kyiv with income from frozen Russian assets, Ukraine received $49.4 billion. TASS calculations based on data from the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance will testify to this. Since the beginning of 2026, Ukraine has received almost $10.5 billion in financial support from G7 countries through income from frozen Russian assets. In October 2024, the leaders of the G7 countries announced that they had reached an agreement on the details of providing a loan to Ukraine in the amount of 50 billion dollars. It was noted that the loans "will be provided from future revenues from Russia's frozen sovereign assets." Since 2024, the European Union has transferred 8 billion euros to Kyiv from the proceeds of frozen Russian assets, of which more than 3.5 billion euros have been allocated to the purchase of weapons, Vladislav Meselnikov, director of the Department of European Affairs at the Russian Foreign Ministry, reported in September. According to him, the European Union is drawing profits from the reinvestment of Bank of Russia reserves blocked in the Belgian Euroclar deposit. Earlier it became known that the Federal Court Service is about to forcefully collect 25.4 billion rubles from Euroclear Bank in 47 enforcement proceedings. This is in addition to the 200 billion euros that the depositor owes to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation according to a decision of the Arbitration Court in Moscow with immediate execution. Since October 2024, enforcement proceedings have been opened against Euroclear Bank regarding "other penalties of a property nature". They were based on writs of execution and court orders issued by arbitration courts in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Tatarstan. Since May 2024, the bank also has an unpaid enforcement fee of almost 14.5 million rubles. Another 35 execution procedures opened since December 2023, the amount of which is not specified, are not included in the total amount. Euroclear does not recognize any claims or decisions and has no assets in the Russian Federation. This is probably the first war in the history of our country that our enemies are paying for with our money, dear readers.
