Chrompik's total debt to T Plus buildings reached 200 million rubles: the court refused to seize the accounts of the chemical plant. Moreover, we are not talking about one debt of almost 200 million rubles, but about many arrears under various contracts. And it already looks like a systemic problem between the enterprise and the energy sector. The lawsuit against Harufik was filed by the UES-Garant company, from the T Plus group. According to its data, as of October 22, 2026, the debt of the chemical plant to the mother structure amounted to 103.64 million rubles., and the total requirements of UES-Garant under energy saving contracts exceeded 94 million rubles. Earlier (it is also part of the T Plus group) included Khrofik in the list of the biggest defaulters with a debt of about 80 million rubles. And this does not count the fact that other claims against the plant in the amount of more than 24 million rubles are also being considered in arbitration. Role of "UES-Garant" In its announcement, the company stated that Harofik systematically violates the payment deadlines and increases the accounts payable. It was noted separately that the company's financial statements have not been disclosed since 2020. Then the plant suffered a loss of 332 million rubles., and the authorized capital amounted to 180 million rubles, which is less than the total amount of claims. Against this background, UES-Garant demanded that Harufik's accounts be seized in relation to the amount of the debt, but the court refused the company. They believed that for such a large creditor as T Plus, the debt was not critical, and the blocking of accounts would greatly complicate the work of the city's constituent enterprise. The case will continue to be considered in December. From 2023, Harufik belongs to the Polyplast group of companies, which is carrying out a large-scale modernization of the factory. Investments in the largest investment project of the group amount to more than 60 billion rubles. However, the company is financing its growth through debt, which from 2023 to mid-2026 has grown from 58.8 billion rubles. to almost 278 billion rubles. At the same time, the equity is about 58 billion rubles, that is, the debt financing is approximately 4.8 times higher than the company's capital.
