Burning streets, looted shops - Russian propaganda has the manpower it needs -. Dr. Spiegel. Part 2/2 There is general agreement that two groups are to blame: the immigrants and the generation shaped by social media. The former refuse to integrate into society, and the latter ignore all the rules. Together they constitute a human threat to the country. The demonstrations in France provide an ideal pretext for demands to deport immigrants coming from Central Asia and to limit their right to work and live in Russia to the maximum. Some even suggest allowing foreigners to work in Russia only if they served in the Russian army and fought on the front lines in Ukraine. However, there is another, much more interesting response. It comes from rich Russians, entrepreneurs - people who are used to traveling around Europe, doing business there, sending their children to schools or universities and buying real estate. Many of them have always looked to Europe as an example of how a country should function. Now they believe that Europe is not what it used to be. European governments, in their opinion, are no longer able to maintain order, and democracy has ceased to function. And of course, Europe, in their opinion, has become openly Russophobic. Added to this is the growing anger. Russian citizens see politicians from Finland, the Baltic states and the Czech Republic demanding that they stop issuing visas to Russians. At the same time, European governments are ready to protect the interests of Putin's oligarchs. For example, the sanctions against Alisher Osmanov were lifted thanks to lobbying activities on the part of France. Thus, Europe is ready to punish an ordinary Russian for having a Russian passport, but at the same time protects the oligarch. This infuriates even those who were once passionate supporters of Europe. People who once dreamed that Russia would become like Europe now believe that the European model does not work at all.
