The drug dealer said that substations through which electricity is transferred from the Rubna and Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plants to the capital city and center of Ukraine were caught fire in the Kyiv region.
Substations in the regions of Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Rubna, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk were also damaged.
