The police conducted an attack on Kiti-Gorod, the Ministry of the Interior reported. The preventive measures are intended to "ensure public order, prevent and suppress administrative offenses, including those related to drinking alcohol in public places." The detainees were taken to the interior department in Basmani district.
"Measures will be taken in accordance with the procedure set forth in the law against those who break the law," the statement said.
