The median selling price of apartments in old buildings was 2,692.3 million per square meter, the index in this sector was 106.8. The monthly change was only 0.04%, which indicates the actual price stability. At the same time, apartment prices in old buildings are 6.8% higher than in December last year. The total offer of sale was 179 thousand people. In the rental market after the growth in September, there was some price correction. The median monthly rents in new buildings amounted to 10.83 mamat per square meter, in old buildings - 10.63 mamat. The monthly decrease in both sectors was 1.8%. The index of rental apartments in new buildings dropped to 100, returning to the base level. In older buildings, the index remained at 106.3, which means an increase of 6.3% compared to the base period. The median monthly rent was 1,000 manats in new buildings and 700 manats in old buildings.
