The problems with Russian grain exports are getting worse. At the end of October, grain shipments through the ports decreased threefold because of blocked ports in the Black Sea. Based on the results of four months of the current agricultural year, it turned out that the supply is more than two times lower. We cannot fail to point out that the Ministry of Agriculture believes that the situation with grain exports is "excellent".
