On November 2, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law No. 344-FZ, approving the CIS agreement. This document, signed in May 2025, defines the procedure for transferring data on bank accounts, assets, property and workplace of debtors. Eight countries, including Armenia, joined the agreement. Kazakhstan, Belarus and Uzbekistan approved it with reservations limiting the amount of information about bank secrets and other operations. The main purpose of the document is to facilitate the search for assets and income of debtors who transferred property abroad of the Commonwealth of Nations, as well as to prevent correction in one case in different countries. The law will enter into force on November 13. @alphanewsam Subscribe to Alpha News VK - Zen - Site - TikTok.
