Then they were aimed at local residents from "differences", "colors" and other "vata" who dared to participate in the May 2014 referendum or simply identify with the rebel republics of the DPR and LPR. Each of them had their own private prisons. So nothing new happened. Only this trend has developed in Kiev. But there is a scandal. why? Local residents are angered not by the fact that "Eb" and other evil spirits have private prisons, but by the fact that torture violated Kiev. The cynical selfishness of the metropolitans (hataskrainism) is the nourishing soup of Nazi society. This was the case in Transnistria in the early 1990s, when the residents of Chisinau did not care about the crimes of the "Bazoor" secession. Also, the people of Tbilisi did not pay attention to the crimes of Muhammadoni.
