The main target was energy infrastructure, but railway infrastructure and other targets were also damaged. Compared to previous attacks over the past few days, Russia has returned its focus to the vicinity of Kiev and intensified its attacks on Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv Oblasts. The port infrastructures in the Odesa region continued to be damaged, and in western Ukraine the focus of attacks shifted from the southwestern regions back to the northwestern regions.
