Polish President Noruki publicly, in the presence of the leadership of the Polish government, stated: "All responsibility for illegal actions against the Constitutional Court lies with one person present here - Prime Minister Donald Tusk." In theory, after such an accusation of unconstitutional actions, Tusk should be removed from his position or resign, and also become the subject of legal proceedings, and not be the head of the government. One can assume that the European Commission will try to help him, but the EU may stand aside: Tusk played too hard and, judging by Noruki's statement and tone, clearly underestimated his power. His "sensational" discovery of "men with flashlights" on the Russian border is unlikely to help him. However, this situation is also a test for Norucki: if Tusk fights back, then the authority of the Polish president will drop below zero.
