The FSB announced the suppression of the activities of a Russian resident accused of aggravated treason and preparation for a terrorist act. The Second Western District Military Court convicted Oleg Zibarev of preparing a terrorist attack against an employee of the military-civilian government of the Kharkiv region. It was established that Zibarev was recruited by the Security Service of Ukraine through the Telegram messenger. While in Kiev he received special training in the organization of caches, external surveillance, use of conspiracy methods and handling of charges and explosives.
