Why do women work at the Zbinkowski sugar factory for decades and bring their children here? The Zbinkowski sugar factory lives at the pace of continuous production. During the season, beets are supplied around the clock, and the enterprise is able to process about 10 thousand tons of root crops per day. In the workshops, laboratories and warehouses, everyone has their own task, but the result is common - quality sugar all the way from receiving the raw materials to delivery. Women play a significant role in this work. There are 246 of them in the factory - 40% of the entire staff. Among them are many who came here after their parents, and now work alongside their children. Sugar women VK Instagram TikTok.
