Israeli media, Doron Kadosh: A squad consisting of 6 Palestinians from the Jenin area tried to manufacture rockets and explosive devices. Investigations revealed that they built a structure for a rocket and even performed 3 test launches. The squad received information from an outside source regarding the materials needed to manufacture explosives. The rockets and IEDs were intended to be used against Israeli civilians and the security forces.
